Administrator Danielle Miller has a background in customer service and hospitality. She aims to customize your experience in hiring senior or adult home care by eliminating some of the formalities which often seem clinical or sterile. Danielle has been scheduling caregivers and running the office of Hearts of Gold since 2003, and took over all active duties from her mother Mary Plotkin a few years ago.
Mary is a retired nurse with decades of experience in geriatric care and still serves as an advisor to the agency.
To bring the highest quality of caregivers in the field to your home at the most affordable rates in the area, Hearts of Gold doesn't keep an expensive and unnecessary strip mall store front, but instead operates from Danielle's home office and the middle of the family's horse boarding and training facility. Hearts of Gold clients are welcome to visit the family ranch where they can pet beautiful horses or our beloved donkey "Jenny 8675309", and throw scratch to our free range chickens.
